Terms of Service

By creating an OpsLoop account or using opsloop.in, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

1. The service

OpsLoop provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. We may update features and improve the product without prior notice.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping login credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable laws when using OpsLoop.
  • Do not use OpsLoop to send spam, phishing, or content that violates the WhatsApp Business or DPDP requirements.

3. Subscription and billing

  • OpsLoop is offered on a monthly, 6-month or yearly subscription. Fees are listed on our pricing page.
  • The 14-day free trial requires no card. After it ends, the workspace is paused until you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which are added at checkout.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into OpsLoop. We act as a processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use OpsLoop to harm third parties. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these terms, or extended inactivity. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

7. Warranty and liability

OpsLoop is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
