Which plan should I pick?+
Pick by the number of counsellors who work leads: Starter for 1–3, Growth for 4–8, Scale for 9–15. Above 15, or for multiple branches, talk to us for a custom plan. Move up or down anytime.
What does the ₹5,000 setup fee cover?+
A one-time setup done by our team: your WhatsApp Business (WABA) account, an AI brain trained on your courses and FAQs, automated follow-up journeys, and your WhatsApp templates set up and submitted for approval.
How do the 6-month and yearly plans work?+
Pay for 6 months upfront and get 1 month free, or pay for a year and get 3 months free. Both are billed once for the full period.
Are AI calls and WhatsApp messages included?+
The plan covers the full CRM. AI voice calls and WhatsApp template messages are usage-based: you top up credits and pay only for what you send.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from settings and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No lock-in.
What about the free trial?+
14 days, no card. Full product, real data, all features. We'll only ask for payment when you choose to continue.
Do you support GST invoicing?+
Yes. Prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and we'll issue a proper tax invoice.
